Is the SQL Server really dedicated, or just a separate database on a shared instance?
Dedicated instance, per customer. Separate SQL Server, separate compute, separate memory budget. That's deliberately more expensive than the multi-tenant model and it's why noisy-neighbour problems don't show up in our support tickets.
Which Sage 200 versions do you host?
We host the Sage 200 versions Sage currently supports. SQL Server versions track that. If you're on a legacy version that's gone out of support, we'll tell you straight rather than carry the risk silently.
Can my Sage reseller still work in my environment?
Yes. Resellers and business consultants get access in the way that suits how they work - including SQL access where the reseller needs it for reports or customisation. We don't lock your reseller out of their own job.
What does the security stack look like, in plain terms?
Network segmentation between customers, identity-bound access (no shared admin accounts), endpoint protection on the VM, immutable backup copies held off-platform, continuous monitoring. Specific vendor names are part of private engagement, not the website.
Where exactly is the data?
Microsoft Azure UK South. Backups also in the UK. We do not push data to other Azure regions, and there is no offshore restore path.
What happens during a migration cutover?
We build your environment in parallel, restore your live Sage database, agree a cutover window, do a final delta restore, and bring users on. Most migrations land overnight; we don't make you stop trading for a week.
What if I want to leave?
You leave. We give you your database back, fully exported, and stay out of the way of your next provider. The hosting contract is based on a twelve month contract.
